2. Use of the website

By using this website, you agree to:

• Use it only for lawful purposes, and not in any way that could damage, disable or impair it.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, its servers, or any network connected to it.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, images, logos, graphics and software — is the property of BYB TECH S.R.L. or its licensors, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property law.

You may not use, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any of it without prior written permission.

4. Product information and orders

• Product descriptions and prices are provided as accurately as possible, but errors may occur.
• BYB TECH S.R.L. reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order because of an error, an availability problem, or suspected fraud.
• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

5. Payment and pricing

• Prices are displayed in Euro (€), excluding VAT. VAT is calculated at checkout from the delivery address and shown as its own line before you pay.
• Delivery is charged separately, at the rate shown for the destination before you pay.
• The payment methods accepted are indicated during the checkout process.
• Payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways. Card details are entered directly into the payment provider's own form and are never received or stored by BYB TECH S.R.L.

For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties and taxes are payable by the recipient on arrival and are not included in the amount charged at checkout.

6.1 Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

Placing an order creates a contract of sale. Consumers in the EU may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The period runs for 14 days from the date you receive the goods.

To withdraw, tell us clearly in writing by email at info@bybtech.it. You may use this wording, though you are not obliged to: “I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale for the following item(s): [insert item(s)], ordered on [insert date], received on [insert date], Order Number: [#].”

6.2 Conditions for return

To be eligible for a refund:

• The product must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.
• The return must include proof of purchase — an order number or an invoice.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs and for any customs duties or import taxes, unless the product is defective or was sent in error.
• Tracked delivery is recommended. BYB TECH S.R.L. is not responsible for goods lost or damaged in return transit.

6.3 Products not eligible for refund

Returns cannot be accepted, and refunds cannot be offered, for:

• Customised or made-to-order products
• Digital content once download or streaming has begun
• Sealed software or electronics that have been opened
• Products returned damaged, used or incomplete

The digital content exclusion applies only where you have expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged that doing so ends the right of withdrawal — Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. Checkout asks for that acknowledgement as a tick box, and only when the order actually contains digital content. Without it, the order cannot be placed and the exclusion does not apply.

6.4 Refund processing

• An approved return is refunded at the full purchase amount, excluding the original shipping charge and any customs or import duties.
• The refund is issued to the original payment method.
• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or of receiving proof that it was sent back.

Where a refund covers digital content, the access it granted is withdrawn on the same day.

6.5 Faulty or incorrect items

If what arrived is faulty, damaged in delivery, or not what you ordered, contact info@bybtech.it within 14 days of receipt. Include the order number, photographs of the problem and a description of it.

Once the issue is confirmed, BYB TECH S.R.L. will offer a replacement, a repair or a full refund, and will cover the return shipping cost.

6.6 Returns address

Contact BYB TECH S.R.L. before returning anything, to get the correct returns address and instructions.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BYB TECH S.R.L. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or from the purchase of products through it. Nothing in these terms limits a consumer's statutory rights.

8. Privacy

Personal data are processed as described in the Privacy Policy. Using this website means that processing takes place.

9. Cookies

Cookies are used to make the site work and to remember your basket and your session. Details are in the Cookie Policy.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brescia, Italy. Where the buyer is a consumer, the mandatory protections of the law of their country of residence are unaffected.

11. Changes to these terms

These Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time. Changes are published on this page with an updated effective date, and the terms that apply to an order are the ones published when it was placed.
