What happens at a BYB Point?

A session is a morning or a day. The technician fits sensors to your fork and shock, you ride the same trail several times, and BYB Telemetry records what the suspension did 1,000 times a second on every run.

Between runs the technician changes one thing — a click of compression, a few psi, a volume spacer — and the next run says whether it worked. You leave with the bike set up and a baseline saved, so the next change starts from a number instead of a memory.

A bike fit measures you, sitting still. A Dynamic Fit measures the suspension while you ride the trail you actually ride.

How do I find my nearest BYB Point?
Use the search above: type a city or a country, or select “Use my location” and every workshop is listed with its distance from you. Your location stays in your browser and is not sent anywhere.
What does a session at a BYB Point cost?
Each BYB Point sets its own price and takes its own bookings. BYB Tech does not stand between a rider and the workshop, so the price comes from the workshop — contact the one nearest you.
Do I have to buy anything to use a BYB Point?
No. The Point owns the hardware and the software; you book a session. It is the one route to measured suspension data that involves buying no equipment at all.
What do I get at the end of a session?
A bike set up against recorded data rather than feel, and a saved baseline you can return to. The workshop keeps the recording, so a later session starts from the last one instead of from scratch.
Which vehicles do BYB Points work on?
It depends on the workshop. Most are mountain bike or motocross suspension specialists; some also work on quad and car. The workshop's own site says what it covers.
